Refund policy

This policy applies to purchases of the Little QR Print Pack through Paddle.

14-day refund window

For a Print Pack purchase, contact soon@onlab.it.kr within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Include your order or transaction reference and purchase email, not card information. We will review the purchase and arrange the refund through the payment provider. This policy does not remove statutory rights or any additional rights available under Paddle’s buyer terms.

Problems receiving or using your pack

If your download does not arrive, the file is corrupted, or the supplied tool fails to perform its described functions in a supported browser, contact us. We will help restore delivery, correct the issue, or arrange a refund as appropriate. Mandatory remedies remain available outside the voluntary 14-day window where applicable.

Processing and license

Approved refunds go to the original payment method; posting time depends on the payment provider and your bank. After a full refund, stop using and delete the paid generator and ZIP. Already printed QR codes do not route through us and are not remotely disabled.

One-time purchase

There is no subscription or automatic renewal to cancel for the Print Pack. The free QR generator does not charge you.
